Extend your spa experience with fresh, organic and locally-sourced ingredients catered by Salt Spring Island Chef Ryan James. Spa & Dine is a delicious addition to a spa party, spa date for two, our overnight Lotus Loft retreat or even for the solitary spa enthusiast.

Spa & Dine may be enjoyed in our private garden courtyard in the spring/summer months, weather permitting, or inside the spa. The menu is available on a pre-booked basis. Spa Lunch and Spa Dinner options are only available to our overnight retreat guests. If you are on a retreat with us and would like personalized meals please contact us and we will have the chef work directly with you to create your meals.

Organic greens with available garden veggies, tamari season seeds and chefs choice dressing.

Spa Charcuterie 

An array of locally selected artisan preserves and pickles including cured meats, smoked wild BC salmon,
Salt Spring Island goat cheese and garden fresh or dried figs from the spa garden.
$30 suggested donation for one person, $15 per additional guest

Spa Cheese Plate

A selection Salt Spring Island cheeses, maple glazed pecans & fruit.

Spa Canapé Plate

Cucumber, smoked salmon and lemon goat cheese.
Local brie, spa garden figs and maple pecan on artisan baguette.

Spa Sushi Roll

Our delicious vegan house made sushi roll with yam, cucumber, avocado, carrot, red pepper and chive.
