This specialized full body lymphatic massage uses very light and gentle rhythmic touch to support circulation, strengthen the immune system, and stimulate lymphatic flow. Lymphatic massage can address exhaustion, chronic fatigue and stress, anxiety, insomnia, pain relief, cleansing toxins and restoring vitality.
Lymphatic Massage uses light pressure with only the weight of a hand, to stimulate the lymphatic system, located just beneath the skin. It is very different to a standard massage, as it does not directly work on the muscular system and does not use massage oils.
